Intermediate HACCP Practices is for managers, supervisors, auditors or anyone responsible for the Food Safety System within an organisation.

The programme will focus on the 7 principles of HACCP and will provide a generic overview of how a system can be implemented into various settings. The programme will look at manufacturing, catering, transport and retail.
